What you can do in the Teams workspace admin page

 Manage seats

Admins can adjust how many people are part of the workspace.

  • Buy more seats: Increase the number of available seats as your team grows.
  • View total seats: See your current seat count and how many are filled.
  • Invite members: Add new users by email.
  • Remove members: Free up a seat by removing someone from the workspace.

 Assign roles and permissions

Each person in the workspace can be assigned a role. Roles determine what they can access or manage inside Recraft.

  • Admin: Full workspace control, including inviting and removing members, updating company information, managing seats, and accessing subscription settings.
  • Member: Can use Recraft with all paid features but cannot make workspace-level changes.

You can change a user’s role at any time using the dropdown next to their name.

 Update workspace details

Workspace identity and billing information can be managed directly in the dashboard.

  • Company name
  • Billing name
  • Billing email
  • Workspace avatar/logo

Changes apply immediately across the workspace and will appear on invoices and subscription records.

 Manage your subscription

The dashboard provides direct access to plan and billing controls.

  • Manage subscription: Opens the subscription panel within Stripe, where you can view your current plan, update payment methods, switch plans, or cancel your subscription.
  • Next invoice date: Shows when your workspace subscription will renew.

Subscription management is handled through the desktop version of Recraft.

 View people and credit balance

Under People, each workspace member shows:

  • Email
  • Credits left (each seat receives the monthly 9,000-credit allowance from the Team plan)
  • Role

The credit pool is shared across the workspace, but each member sees their own remaining balance.

 Danger zone

Workspace admins can delete the entire workspace.Delete workspace: Permanently removes the workspace and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. (Deleting the workspace does not affect your personal Recraft account.)

When to use the Teams workspace admin page

Use this dashboard whenever you need to:

  • Add new members to your team
  • Remove someone who no longer needs access
  • Increase or reduce your total seat count
  • Update billing details before your next invoice
  • Change who has admin permissions
  • Adjust your subscription or review renewal dates
