Manage seats
Admins can adjust how many people are part of the workspace.
- Buy more seats: Increase the number of available seats as your team grows.
- View total seats: See your current seat count and how many are filled.
- Invite members: Add new users by email.
- Remove members: Free up a seat by removing someone from the workspace.
Assign roles and permissions
Each person in the workspace can be assigned a role. Roles determine what they can access or manage inside Recraft.
- Admin: Full workspace control, including inviting and removing members, updating company information, managing seats, and accessing subscription settings.
- Member: Can use Recraft with all paid features but cannot make workspace-level changes.
You can change a user’s role at any time using the dropdown next to their name.
Update workspace details
Workspace identity and billing information can be managed directly in the dashboard.
- Company name
- Billing name
- Billing email
- Workspace avatar/logo
Changes apply immediately across the workspace and will appear on invoices and subscription records.
Manage your subscription
The dashboard provides direct access to plan and billing controls.
- Manage subscription: Opens the subscription panel within Stripe, where you can view your current plan, update payment methods, switch plans, or cancel your subscription.
- Next invoice date: Shows when your workspace subscription will renew.
Subscription management is handled through the desktop version of Recraft.
View people and credit balance
Under People, each workspace member shows:
- Credits left (each seat receives the monthly 9,000-credit allowance from the Team plan)
- Role
The credit pool is shared across the workspace, but each member sees their own remaining balance.
Danger zone
Workspace admins can delete the entire workspace.Delete workspace: Permanently removes the workspace and all associated data. This action cannot be undone. (Deleting the workspace does not affect your personal Recraft account.)

Use this dashboard whenever you need to:
- Add new members to your team
- Remove someone who no longer needs access
- Increase or reduce your total seat count
- Update billing details before your next invoice
- Change who has admin permissions
- Adjust your subscription or review renewal dates
- Rebrand your workspace with the correct name or logo
